The disciplined and dynamic approach to Meeta's classes make them ideal for yoga practitioners who want to create health and vitality in the physical body. The classes run for one hour and include simple chants to awaken energy, breathing practices to calm the mind and physical yoga postures to make the body strong and supple.
She teaches her classes in various venues across Southampton, offering high quality, affordable classes to both beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
Meeta's style of yoga is good for anyone wanting to lose weight, tone up, strengthen core muscles and address back problems and respiratory problems like asthma. She teaches a wide variety of classes to meet the needs of all who come to her. Meeta facilitates 3 traditional yoga classes per week. She keeps class sizes small so she can give you the attention you need.
Meeta teaches her classic classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6.30 - 7.30 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 8 - 9 a.m.
These classes are limited to 6 people so please phone and book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Class admission is £8 or a block of 10 classes is £60 (Block deals on classes need to be used up in 10 weeks)
