Southampton Yoga and Meditation Classes

Sebastian uses a comprehensive range of Yoga and Meditation techniques when he teaches Yoga and Meditation. He uses visualization to help people attain their material or spiritual goals,  he teaches breathing practices to calm the nervous system and he also uses concentration practices to help focus the mind.

"Some other practices I teach are designed to awaken the spiritual heart which then develops into unconditional love for others. It is really magical when I see people feel love for others because I know they are free in that moment. When people love unconditionally their relationships flourish and they emanate positivity to every one they meet. Yoga has the power to transform peoples attitude to the world." Sebastian.

It is well known that when the mind is calm and focused, great things are possible. The practice of Yoga and Meditation allows you to have faith in yourself, love others and to awaken hidden energy deep within yourself. Over time you will realise that the source of real happiness is not found in the material world but from within you!
